This Casa is in a small complex of 15 houses set around a swimming pool and communal gardens in the white mountain village of Montejaque.
15 Minutes drive from the historic town of Ronda. Only 1.5 hours from Malaga or Jerez airports, access from the UK is easy via several cheap airlines.
This is our private holiday home which we visit a few times a year. As well as air conditioning the house also has heating making it suitable for all year round use.
Accomodation is 2 bedrooms, Living/dining/kitchen, downstairs shower room.
Externally we have a private patio and balcony with mountain views.
Spend your time relaxing by the pool, enjoying a drink or meal in one of the local bars or restaurants or for the more active, walking in the spectacular mountains on your doorstep. For the more adventurous the area offers many outdoor sports such as mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, rafting, canoeing, caving or cycling. Seville, Cadiz and Granada are all within a couple of hours drive. Nearby the spectacular town of Ronda offers shops, supermarkets and many historic sights. The area is famed for its bird watching; lie by the pool and watch the vultures and eagles soar from the mountain above!
The pool is generally open mid-May to the end of September
ACOMMODATION
Our well equipped self catering holiday home in Montejaque overlooks the swimming pool and garden in this small community of 15 houses.
On the ground floor our holiday home has an open plan living, kitchen, dining area and a shower room (WC, washbasin and walk in shower). Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds and the main bedroom (king size bed) with a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountains beyond. Outside is a large patio facing the pool for eating al fresco or lazing in the sun. Some shade is offered by our lemon tree.
For all year round comfort the house has air-conditioning, heating and wood burner (Firewood not provided).
